Using the enquiry service
Enquiries are received by Bendigo Floor Sanders at hello@bendigofloorsanders.com.au. With your consent, once an independent service partner is appointed, that business will also receive your enquiry so it can contact you about your project. We always remain a recipient. This is not an independent comparison service and we don't promise multiple quotes.
Sending an enquiry asks for contact about your project. It doesn't book work or create a contract for flooring work. Please give accurate contact and project information, and only send details and photos you're authorised to share. Don't use the form for spam, unlawful content or attempts to disrupt the website.
Quotes and flooring work
If you engage an independent floor sander, that contractor assesses your floor, confirms availability and supplies any quote. Scope, products, preparation, access, timing, payment and warranty terms should be agreed directly with that contractor before work begins.
We don't perform flooring work. Website descriptions, typical prices and photographs aren't a quote, a specification for your floor or a promise of a particular result. An enquiry doesn't promise that a contractor will be available or respond within a particular time.
Prices on this website
Prices shown on this website are typical ranges taken from published Australian price guides, with sources listed. They're a budgeting guide only. Your price will depend on your floor and is set by the contractor.
Information and your rights
Our service information helps you understand your options. Ask the contractor to assess your actual floor, timber and preferred finish. Please tell us at hello@bendigofloorsanders.com.au if you notice anything inaccurate on the website or have a concern about an enquiry.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that can't lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The difference between our role and the contractor's role doesn't excuse either of us from our own legal obligations.
